Questions that have been asked so far:

Q.) What is Karma's priority right now?
A.) Leveling to 70 is the first and foremost priority and getting geared up to take out both the tough raid content and those pesky freeporters.

Q.) Is Karma going to continue to grow?
A.) Yes, our principles are contrary to the server we play on. Which does narrow the player base we can recruit from. Karma will most likely be a "smaller" guild then most on this server.

Q.) Is Karma a PVP guild?
A.) There are many different views of what a PVP guild is, and my view would be that we are a PVP guild. We play on a PVP server and we don't back down from a PVP fight. Do we go out every night and spend countless hours looking for trouble? No

Q.) Is Karma a Raid guild?
A.) Yes, Karma is a Raid guild. We seek the challenges the end game has to bring to us. I feel the best thing about the end game with Karma is that we are not here to sell items on the exchange and our loot rules in our raids dictate that. We don't have loot issues, because our player base is here to play the game and not pad their bank accounts, which creates a positive gaming environment.

Q.) What’s Karma's long term goal(s)?
1.) Longevity from our player base.
2.) To continue progressing content
3.) To maintain Karma's Identity.
4.) To Kick ass while doing the above mentioned.

Q.) The Vox server seems to have a larger player base of individuals that "Multi-box". (One person playing multiple characters at one time) What is Karma's view on this?
A.) While Multi-Boxing is not against any of our rules, we prefer live players for each character playing. We have a few people that may 2-box a character, but they would gladly give up that spot for a live player in most cases.

Q.) Why is Karma's recruitment process so long?
A.) Our recruitment is an in-depth process to assure that individuals that apply with Karma really want to be in our guild. Most of all it’s like a tradition we carry. Any person that makes full member in Karma and remains in good standing with us is Karma for life. If we decide to open a new chapter of the guild in a new game. Those full members that choose to come over will never have to go through our recruitment process again and are brought in as full members.

Q.) If I get tired of playing my current class after I have already joined Karma, how can I change my class to a more needed and useful class and stay in the guild?
A.) A changing of anyone’s "Main" character is an always a big deal. Karma try’s its best to balance its rosters and it always looks for longevity out of its player base. If a change request is made, it is required to have officer approval. If an individual applied with XYZ character then that’s what we recruited and that’s what we counted on an individual to play. Changing that not only effects that person’s personal enjoyment, it affects the guild.

Q.) As a member of Karma, do I have to hunt with only guild mates or can I join any available groups for xp? (This one won't matter at end game, which is what we are aiming for anyways)
A.) While Karma is diverse in its members, the area's they live in and the culture they are apart of, we attempt to maintain a tight-knit group. Naturally Karma members group with other Karma members, but we have no issues with people grouping outside of our guild. In the rare instance where someone may be associated with a Cheater/Extremely Bad Rep/Blatant opposing competition, we may request that the individual consider their choice of group members.

Q.) Will I be required to drop from my group to assist the guild at any given time or will there be designated raid times?
A.) As the guild as a whole reaches closer to 70, raids can and will be announced on the fly given there is a target and the right amount of people/class on to do the job. If a Karma member is online, they are expected to participate.
