Heres a pretty good image resizer.
http://www.naturpic.com/download/prsetup.exe
With/hight needs to be 120 or less (set both width and height to the max size you want and keep "preserve aspect ratio" checked). By defult the sharpen filter is selected, so you might want to turn that off in the 4th step.
