Hi guys.... I don't know what to say.... I logged on my account tonight finally.. and guess what..... my character Bubeland is not there..... every character is there except my lvl 70. Since I left the game long time already.... did this thing happen to you guys or anyone before? I have no clue what is going on. Hopefully, my character is not stolen.......... give me some suggestions plz if you can. I will call Sony tomorrow too. Thanks everyone.

no idea, I have never heard of that happening before. Best bet is to talk to sony about it some time either than tomorrow, as tomorrow they are doing maintinence. |

Thanks man. All I remeber is that I tried to sell my character when I decided to quit, so I posted it on Station Exchange. After that I never logged back on or did anything with the account and it is expired. I assumed that my character would transfer back to my account, or may be I was wrong? So it disappeared in the middle of the air... argh.......... NO EQ2 tonight......... and Halo 3.. argh........

I think you have to reclaim the character, I am not 100% sure though. |

Character should still be in your holding area on Station Exchange. If its not, send the petition, they will restore toons 1 time per acct.

Thanks guys. Called account support and they need me to do in game petition. They also told me that's the only way to restore a character. I checked Station Exchange last night. My account didn't have any on-hold character and there is no such High Elf lvl 70 illusionist in game on Vox server neither.... so I guess at least my character didn't get stolen. Hopefully it's only a glitch between Station Exchange, the game and my expired account. Do I need to submit application again? for some reasons my account access removed and I can't see Ventrilo info. Thanks in advance.

Yea, I had this problem last year with my PvE Necro. They did a LU (What they called them back then) and bam, my necro wasnt there anymore. I sent a petition and even called sony and they were very helpfull and within mins my character was back.. Good luck to ya |
