1.) A pledge must register and correctly submit his/her application.
2.) The pledge will initially be evaluated by the leadership and then accepted or denied based on the guilds needs, the characters reputation, and the over all information provided with in the application.
2A.)The pledge will be asked to start a "probation" period that will not exceed more then two weeks. After the pledge has completed their probation period in a satisfactory manner, the pledge may move on to the recruitment phase. If the pledge does not complete their probation period in a satisfactory manner, the pledge will be dismissed.
2B.) Per the Loot Policy, any person under a probationary status will earn 1/3 DKP of a full member.
3.) The pledge is now a Recruit. A Recruit will be invited to the join the guild at this point.
3A.) While the recruit is in the guild, the guild tag for the recruit will not be displayed to the public.
4.) Recruits will go through a two phase voting period set forth by the full members of the guild.
4A.) Phase one: After 1 week the recruit will have a private vote where full members can express their thoughts about the recruit. After a three day voting period the recruit will be counseled by a member of leadership on the general results.
4B.) Phase two: There will be a second vote 1 week after the recruit has been counseled about the general results of phase one. At this point the Recruit may ore may not be offered membership to the guild, based on if they have meet all entrance requirements.
4C.) No recruit will not be allowed membership if they do not meet a minimum of 50% raid attendance, regardless of votes.
4D.) Per the loot policy, Recruits will earn 50% DKP of full members.
5.) Congratulations, you are a member and earning full DKP!
